How fresh is the stock?
Stock moves quickly and is packed in small lots rather than sitting on a shelf. If anything ever reaches you below par, tell us and we'll make it right.
Do you have different grades?
Yes — the same item comes in different grades, and the rate follows the grade. We'll tell you honestly which one suits what you need it for, whether that's daily use or gifting.
Do you make gift boxes and festival packs?
Yes, gift boxes and festival hampers can be made up in the sizes you want. Order a few days ahead during Diwali and the wedding season — that's when they go fastest.
Can I order in bulk or for a shop?
Bulk and wholesale orders are welcome. Tell us the item and the quantity and we'll give you a rate — it's different from the retail price.
How is everything packed?
Sealed, airtight packing so it stays crisp and fresh. Keep it in a dry place after opening and it holds well.
Do you deliver?
